So with the Holiday's fast approaching, what are some ways we can stay sane in our daily health journey? One is keeping a schedule and making sure we have things in our calendars. I still use a paper planner and some people use digital calendars. Keeping a routine and seeing what events I have coming up helps me to be less stressed and more productive through out the month.
It's crazy how fast this year is flying by, I can't say that I'm sad about it this time with all the chaos we have going on. But I am sad in a way because also it has taken our time from our selves we'll never get back either. Stay on tasks and be productive, we'll all be ready when we need to be and not trying to figure it out when it happens. But hopefully we will all be even stronger in the end. That's what it's about everyday to becoming better for ourselves and our loved ones.
