I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world; your personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart. Starting with loving yourself by taking care of yourself first also.  All of these elements brought me to start Shining Iron Strength & Health. Ever since I launched this project, I've been learning more and helping others too. What do you think about when your hear strength and health? Would you think just having muscles and eating vegetables all day? â€‹Well I am here to tell you there's so much more to it. 

Of course strength and health can come that way, but it's also from just taking care of yourself. Getting proper amounts of nutrition and exercise each day. Taking time to get yourself ready first for the day. Staying on a routine so you can have more time to do fun things. Even when we don't know what the day will hold we have to focus on what we can control.

Starting Each Day

Every morning before leaving my bedroom I make my bed. That's the very first thing we have control over. Get up make my bed, get my clothes, get to the bathroom and get ready. 

See already I have accomplished something and we are off to a great start.
